In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "phjewel," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the phjewel platform accessible at https://phjewel.app.
• "Platform" means the phjewel website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated services, games, and features made available to registered players.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for and/or uses a phjewel account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" means any promotional funds, free spins value, or non-cashable credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by phjewel prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by applicable regulations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Credits or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, referring to the legal framework and internal policies designed to prevent the use of the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing.

To register and maintain an Account on phjewel, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as Players.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services is lawful.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by phjewel or any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of phjewel or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure.

phjewel reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. phjewel employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account. phjewel will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phjewel immediately via live chat or email. phjewel may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.

Accounts that have been inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. phjewel will notify you via your registered email address before applying any dormancy policy to your Account.

phjewel accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your Account verification status and the payment method used. All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• phjewel does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your Account. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit error has occurred.
• phjewel reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds as part of its AML compliance obligations.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified phjewel Account. phjewel does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID) and any additional documentation requested by phjewel's compliance team.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days.
• phjewel reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended if phjewel has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Any Bonus Credits in your Account are not withdrawable. Only real-money Balance that has satisfied applicable wagering requirements is eligible for withdrawal. phjewel's system will automatically apply available real-money Balance to withdrawal requests before drawing on any bonus-converted funds.

phjewel offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all phjewel promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus Credits and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited.
• phjewel reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• phjewel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.

All games available on the phjewel Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

Bets placed and accepted by the phjewel system are final and binding. phjewel will not reverse or cancel a bet once it has been confirmed, except in the following circumstances:

• A technical error or system malfunction caused the bet to be placed or settled incorrectly.
• The bet was placed on an event or game outcome that was subsequently found to be void under the applicable game or sports betting rules.
• phjewel has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, phjewel will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle the round fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round may be declared void and any wager refunded to the Player's Account Balance.

phjewel is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phjewel staff or other Players through any communication channel.

phjewel employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies to investigate and act on suspected prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Accounts suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any Balance forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

phjewel is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players via Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

phjewel strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly allow underage individuals to register or play. If you are concerned about your own gambling behavior or that of someone you know, we encourage you to seek support from qualified organizations.

All content on the phjewel Platform, including but not limited to the phjewel name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video, is the property of phjewel or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from phjewel.
• Use any phjewel trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of phjewel's intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phjewel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phjewel's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phjewel does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults.
• Any particular game or feature will remain available on the Platform indefinitely.
• The Platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components, although phjewel takes all reasonable steps to ensure Platform security.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude phjewel's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phjewel collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on phjewel, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

phjewel processes personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Complying with KYC, AML, and other regulatory obligations.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

phjewel reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after being requested to do so.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Voluntary closure requested by the Player.

Upon Account closure, phjewel will return any verified real-money Balance to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to phjewel. Bonus Credits and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Credits will be forfeited upon Account closure due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting phjewel customer support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.

phjewel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phjewel will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising between you and phjewel in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be referred to phjewel's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phjewel operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by PAGCOR. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed to limit or exclude any rights you may have under mandatory provisions of Philippine consumer protection or gaming law.
